TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - The Wabash Valley Coaches Association gears up their players, preparing them for the all-star game later on.
One of the major factors that the players and coaches are battling is the heat.
Temperatures are getting so hot, that sweat isn't working well enough to keep body temperatures comfortable.
Major heat waves like the one the Wabash Valley is experiencing can be extremely harmful if you don't prepare yourself by staying extremely hydrated, and taking many breaks.
Knowing how to conquer the heat, means these players are closer to victory.
