VIGO CO., Ind. (WTHI) - Have you ever wondered what life was like during the early pioneer days?

The folks at Fowler Park helped visitors take a step back in time this past weekend.

The Vigo County Parks Department hosted Pioneer Days at Fowler Park.

Activities included linen spinning, weaving, candle dipping and homemade apple butter.

Each year the event takes numerous volunteers to pull off.

Each volunteer had a specific talent and trade to demonstrate what life was like back then.
