INDIANA (WTHI) - Pace Community Action Agency (PCAA) administers the Energy Assistance Program for Daviess, Greene, Knox and Sullivan Counties.

Along with Western Indiana Community Action Agency (WICAA), we will be accepting applications for new applicants for the Summer Cool program on July 2nd.

Qualifying households will receive a one-time $65 benefit toward their electric bill to defray the cost of cooling their home in the summer months.

As well, we also have window air conditioner units available for qualifying households.

Households that received winter heating assistance do not have to reapply for the Summer Cool program as their winter applications automatically qualifies them for the summer benefit.

Those interested in the program can apply at the following locations:

Daviess County :

  • 2 NE 21st St.
  • Washington, IN
  • (812) 254-5611

Greene & Sullivan Counties :

  • 109 E. Vincennes St.
  • Linton, IN
  • (812) 847-2237

Knox County :

  • 525 N. 4th St.
  • Vincennes, IN
  • (812) 882-7927 Ext. 1509
