One dead in vehicle accident

ALFORDSVILLE, Ind. (WTHI) - One person is dead after a vehicle accident near Alfordsville, Indiana. That's in eastern Daviess County.

Martin County officials responded to the accident around 7:30 p.m. Saturday night.

There were four people in the vehicle at the time of the accident. All of those involved were in their late teens or early twenties.

One of those involved was airlifted to an Evansville hospital. Two other people were transported by ambulance to area hospitals.

Officials are not releasing the name of the victim.

News 10 will update this story as more information becomes available.
