TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Four young girls were injured in an ATV accident after they lost control of the vehicle and struck the side of a home on Terre Haute’s north side.

Terre Haute Police and emergency crews responded to a call of an ATV accident with injuries near the intersection of Frisco and 22nd Streets in Terre Haute.

We don’t have a lot of details right now; however, News 10 has learned that four girls between the ages of 11 to 14-years-old were riding on a 4-Wheeler and lost control of the vehicle.

The vehicle veered off the road and into the side of a home.

One of the girls was airlifted to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, while the other three were transported to Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

Their conditions are not known at this time.

News 10 will bring you the latest information as it becomes available.
