TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A new museum opened in Terre Haute to honor and remember the heroes of past wars, and the sacrifices they've made.
The Veteran's Memorial Museum opened today just off Wabash Avenue in downtown Terre Haute.
In a small ribbon cutting ceremony beforehand, the owner and Mayor Bennett thanked the veterans that were on hand for their service.
The exhibits are made of artifacts and clothing from various U.S. Wars and conflicts.
The owner says he just wants to pay respect to the men and women who put their lives on the line for the country.
