New and current services at the Vigo County Health Department Health Clinic

VIGO CO., Ind. (WTHI) - The Vigo County Health Department Clinic, located at 696 South 1st Street in Terre Haute, IN, is offering new services to patients.

Well-Child Program Childhood Immunizations are available every Wednesday.

A Well Child Exam by a Pediatrician is $15.

Childhood Immunizations are provided to patients:

1. with no health insurance,
2. who have health insurance but it does not cover immunizations or
3. those on Medicaid

Adult Daycare Provider Physicals, Sports Physicals, Kindergarten Physicals and Headstart Physicals:

• $15.00 Cash only
• Flu Shots for adults $20.00
• Travel Vaccines/Adult Immunizations: cash only
• Tdap - $50.00
• Hepatitis A - $50.00
• Hepatitis B - $60.00
• Yellow Fever - $95.00
• Walk-In Services - No appointment needed
• TB Testing - Monday and Friday $15.00 Cash only
• ***all services subject to change and/or cancelation

Communicable Disease Prevention Program

• Tuberculosis testing, prevention & treatment, outreach services
• Adult immunization (i.e. tetanus, flu, hepatitis)
• Communicable disease investigation

Clinic hours are 8: 15 a.m. until 3: 45 p.m. Monday through Friday, closed holidays. The Clinic is closed daily from 12: 00 p.m. until 1: 00 p.m. for lunch.
