TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - All children are safe after a school bus collided with a pickup truck Wednesday morning.

The crash happened just after 7:30 in the southbound lanes of State Road 63.

A preliminary investigation revealed the driver of the bus, 60 year old Michael Jones of Clinton, Indiana turned left in front of a pickup truck driven by 51 year old Rita Sivertson of West Terre Haute.

There were three children on board at the time of the crash.

Thankfully no one in either vehicle was injured.

Jones was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
