MONROE CITY, Ind. (WTHI) - Monroe City, Indiana's town board has issued an Emergency Water Conservation ordinance.
This requires all residents to conserve water by not watering lawns, gardens, shrubbery, or any other vegetation.
And you should not use water for any other unnecessary reasons.
The city will be keeping close watch on residents, and violators of the ordinance could be fined.
