TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Brock Miller, 21, was charged with arson in 2009 after setting fire to a Terre Haute home.
On Monday, Miller pleaded guilty to the crime.
Instead of jail time, Miller was sentenced to a mental health deferment program run by the Hamilton Center.
If and when Miller completes the program, this conviction will be dismissed.
