TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A local nursery opened its doors this weekend.
The Apple House in Terre Haute is busy preparing their plants for warmer temperatures and they want to help you too with some helpful tips to make your garden bloom.
The owner of Apple House said it is a good idea to start cleaning up your garden by pruning damaged plants and clearing off debris.
Also, you can fertilize the ground.
"We've got a lot of plant material starting to arrive this week. So, we are ready and looking forward to the season," Co-owner of Apple House Tom Cummins said.
The owner said it is a bit too early to plant flowers but you can plant seeds inside and plant them outside later on in the season.
