LINTON, Ind. (WTHI) - One Wabash Valley high school is definitely in high spirits. The Linton Miners boys basketball team is headed to the state championship game!

The Miners defeated Speedway Saturday in a thrilling semi-final game. Then the school held a pep rally to celebrate! The gym was packed with fans to congratulate the team on their performance.

They'll play Bowman Academy next Saturday.
