Light House Mission's residents move

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A local charity organization creates a new home for some of their current residents.
Women living at Light House Mission's Conners Center and Crossroad Connection will move into the former Booker T. Washington High School.
The building will include bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, and study area, with plans of a nursery in the future.
Combining the two residences will save the mission $100,000 a year.
"There's a lot of people who need the assistance and so having the location here is going to help out a great deal," Light House Mission CEO Reverend Timothy Fagg said.
About 40 residents will move in next month.
Male residents will continue living at Light House Mission in Terre Haute.
Businesses like Sherwin Williams donated materials to help with the move.
