Knox Co. woman killed in crash

PIKE COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - A Knox County, Indiana woman is dead after a crash in Pike County.

Indiana State Police say the crash happened around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon.

Officers say a truck turned in front of a car on state road 57.

That's when the car hit the truck.

Police say 53-year-old Nancy Jones of Monroe City, a passenger in the car, died in the crash.

First responders transported the driver to a hospital in Evansville. Responders also took the driver and passenger of the truck to the hospital.

No word on their injuries tonight.
