TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A learning facility gets a new home.

The Ivy Tech Martin Luther King Jr. building is moving. It was once located on 13th St in Terre Haute. The college will move it to the lower level of the Meadows Shopping Center.

Officials said the move will come with technology upgrades, benefiting students and faculty.

"This new location gives us better parking, better lighting, two additional classrooms to fill from morning till night, and the opportunity to reach out to the population that has been using the Martin Luther King center we previously occupied," Ivy Tech Chancellor, Ann Valentine said.
