TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Some area college students cycled for a good cause on Saturday.
The men of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity hosted Pedaling for a Cure on Saturday.
The event raises money for Leukemia and Lymphoma research.
Saturday's Cycle for Life is a stationary bike marathon that keeps the bikes going for 12 straight hours.
The group appreciates the chance to raise money for such a good cause.
“We just think if ISU and Terre Haute are gracious enough to allow us to be active members on this campus and in this community, we should do something to give back," said Andre Brousseau.
This is the first year the ISU men hosted the event and the men and women will continue cycling until 9 p.m. Saturday night.
