TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTH) - Mrs. Mouse turns 40 years old and you're invited to celebrate.

Tri Kappa hosts its 40th Annual Mouse House this weekend at Booker T. Washington High School in Terre Haute.

The day included a homemade bakery, craft room, secret gift buying store and of course, a visit with Mrs. Mouse.

Proceeds go to several local organizations, including the Children's Organ Transplant Association (COTA), Ryves Hall, Race for the Cure and about $10,000 worth of scholarships to students in our community.

"It's a fun holiday event for families and it's support for our community, it's a way for us to actually give money to various organizations that really need it," Tri Kapp's Vanessa Prox said.

Organizers plan to see around 1,500 kids over the weekend.

You have until 5:00 p.m. Sunday to get in on the fun.

Tickets are $2 per person.
