WEST YORK, Ill. (WTHI) - CrossTies Christian Ministries rocked out this weekend with Decyfer Down and Barlow girl.

The concert series at The Barn in West York, Illinois brought out around 500 people.

Inferno 2010 was the first major music event and organizers said the day was a success.

The concert is part of the group's fundraising efforts to build an outdoor amphitheater in the Wabash Valley.

"My father actually had the vision for the stage and then the whole place and the whole venue. And then we just carried out his dream having a major contemporary Christian concert and moving forward with what God has for us," Danyelle Ayres with CrossTies Christian Ministries said.

CrossTies plans to hold another concert next year.
