Charges pile up for rape suspect

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - More charges have been handed down to a man already accused of rape and child molestation. It began in February, when police found texts on 19 year old Tyler Wilkinson's phone from a 13 year-old girl.
Police believe Wilkinson raped that girl in a car. He appeared in court Tuesday. Prosecutors are now charging Wilkinson on three new counts.
They include possession of child pornography, child exploitation, and dissemination of matter harmful to minors. He's now awaiting trial.
