TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - One local organization focused on helping local youth in Indiana is continuing to offer free after school programming.

After on year of service to the community CHANCES for Indiana Youth will continue offering free after school programs to all elementary students.  The School’s Out Club operated Monday through Friday, while schools are in session, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Booker T. Washington Community Center.

According to a release from CHANCES, the club offers local children an opportunity to have fun learning in a safe environment outside of school.  One addition to the already great program, they’re planning on offering free dinners to all children in attendance.

If you would like to get you child signed up for this great program, enrollment packages may be picked up at the Booker T. Washington Community Center.  This program is made possible by a grant funded by the United Way.
