TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A News 10 follow up on a story we brought you Monday.

Construction continues on Terre Haute's Wabash Avenue, and businesses hope to drive in traffic.

Tempo Furniture said this is the second construction project by their store since they've been open, over 20 years ago.

They said the project will hurt business.

However, they're happy that the city is being proactive.

They believe there's no better time to advertise.

"We're going to be doing promotions, we're going to be advertising, we're going to be giving away a recliner, we're going to be doing prizes, so we're going to keep on advertising, trying to bring people down here to see our store," Tempo Furniture Owner Brad Binns said.

Tempo Furniture and others urge their customers to support them during the next few months.
