Burn Ban issued for Clay County

CLAY CO., Ind. (WTHI) - Clay County Commissioners have issued a burn ban for all of Clay Co.

The burn ban went into affect at 1:00 p.m. Thursday and will remain until further notice.

It should be noted that the burn ban will not affect the 4th of July Celebratory events going on from now until July 4 in Clay Co.  That includes fireworks.
