TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Congressman Dr. Larry Bucshon makes a trip to the Wabash Valley.
He held a rally at the Meadows Shopping Center to announce his re-election campaign for Indiana's 8th congressional district.
If re-elected, the top issues he plans to address include unemployment rate, the economy, getting people back to work, and medicare.
"I believe that you have to point out the differences in policy, but also tell people what your plans are, what you plan to do because that's what people want to hear. People don't want to here what think is bad about the other guy or other lady," Representative Dr. Larry Bucshon said.
Bucshon was first elected in 2010 and raised about $45 thousand for the US in 2011.
He will face challenger Kristi Risk in the May Primary.
