Billie Creek owner denies three bids

PARKE CO., Ind. (WTHI) - The Owner of Billie Creek Village has denied three offers to sell his land.
The owner last weekend put his land up for public auction . Three parties bid on divided parts of the Village.
He told bidders he would decide within three days.
This week the owner declined those offers.
He hopes to maintain the village, because of its historic value to Parke County, Indiana.
