TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Terry Baugh Jr., 23, was arrested in March for cooking meth while his 2-year-old daughter and 1-year-old son were in his home.
His wife, Brittany Baugh, and mother, Teresa Chapman, were in the home and were also arrested.
On Thursday, as part of a plea agreement, Baugh was sentenced to 15 years in the Indiana Department of Corrections for dealing methamphetamine, theft and two counts of neglect of a dependent.
Three years were suspended, and he will receive credit for 145 days time served.
