TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - The toxicology report came back in the death of Michael Miller.

Police say Miller caused a bomb scare at Union Hospital back on February 20th, 2010.

In February, Miller went into Union Hospital demanding methadone. When pharmacists refused, he left. Minutes later he returned with a bag claiming a bomb was inside. Later police learned there were only clothes in the bag.

On Thursday, News 10 learned from police that Miller was then given 300 tablets of methadone.

Several days after the bomb threat Miller's body had been found near the railroad tracks at 25th and Haythorne Avenue in Terre Haute. Narcotics were found around his body.

On Thursday, Vigo County’s forensic pathologist Dr. Roland Kohr told News 10 that Miller died of a methadone overdose.

Union Hospital officials said they will not comment on this situation since there is an ongoing police investigation.
