Knox County, Ind (WTHI) - A seat belt violation led Indiana State Police to find meth and marijuana.
Friday a trooper with Indiana State Police pulled over 47-year-old Nelson Welsey for not wearing his seat belt.
Police say Welsey got out off his vehicle and threw items down onto the ground.
Police identified the items as Xanax pills and two bags of methamphetamine.
Wesley was arrested for possession of meth and marijuana.
Wesley is currently being held on bond at the Knox County Jail.
