Driving the wrong way
busts meth users

WARSAW, Ind. (WANE) - After a car was caught driving the wrong way down a one-way street in Warsaw, three people were arrested on meth charges.

Warsaw City Police Sergeant Steve Rockey saw the car driving the wrong way down a one-way street in the 500 block of East Main Street on Friday around 9 a.m.

After Sgt. Rockey stopped the car, he found precursors for meth production.

The driver, 28-year-old Kevin Mitchell Irwin, was preliminarily charged with possession of methamphetamine/lab as well as an outstanding failure to appear warrant from Marshall County. His bond was set at $2000.

Fifty-year-old Jerry Lynn Hogan of Bourbon, Ind., was also preliminarily charged with possession of methamphetamine/lab and also had an outstanding warrant from Howard County for battery by bodily waste and resisting law enforcement.

Forty-year-old Therisa Rene Andrew, of Fort Wayne, was preliminarily charged with possession of methamphetamine.
