Daviess CO. inmates found dead

WASHINGTON, Ind. (WTHI) - The death of an inmate at a local county jail sparks an investigation by Indiana State Police.
According to an official report at approximately 8:00am Thursday morning inmate Delmare Pridy was found unresponsive in his cell by Daviess County Jail staff.
The Daviess County Coroner responded and later pronounced pridy dead.
According to the Daviess County Sheriffs Office, Pridy was detained last Saturday and was awaiting trial on charges of operating while intoxicated.
An autopsy is scheduled for this evening. Police do not suspect foul play at this time.
