BEDFORD, Ind. (WTHI) - Police have arrested a Shawswick Township Deputy Trustee for stealing over $150,000 over a five year period.
According to police, April Eagon-Dorsett, 39, of Bedford, had been writing checks from the township account to herself and her husband, Randy Dorsett, for services that were never conducted.
Eagon Dorsett has been charged and arrested with theft. If convicted, she could face up to two to eight years in prison with fine upwards of $10,000.
