Cops: Boy, 4, shot toddler in head

An Indianapolis woman is arrested after her 3-year-old daughter was shot and killed in her home by another child.

Fiona Lee, 26, was arrested on child neglect and drug charges.

Police say a 4-year-old boy picked up a loaded handgun he found on the kitchen table in Lee's home.

He then pointed it at his playmate, Lee's 3-year-old daughter, and fired it.

The girl died Thursday at Riley Hospital for Children.

The little boy is the son of Lee's boyfriend.

Police say Lee's other two children witnessed the shooting that are now in the care of a relative.

Police say cocaine and marijuana was also found in the home.
