JOLIET, Ill. (AP) — The siblings of Drew Peterson's third wife testified at his sentencing hearing, talking about how her loss has affected their family.

Jurors convicted Peterson in September in the 2004 death of Kathleen Savio. Her body was found in a dry bathtub. Savio's brother, Henry Savio Jr., told the judge Thursday that he hoped his sister would haunt Peterson's dreams. He said his only consolation was that the former Bolingbrook police officer could be in prison for the rest of his life. He added that he hoped his sister was looking on.

Kathleen Savio's sister, Susan Doman, told the judge she could "hardly stand the pain at times."
