CHICAGO (AP) — The Illinois Lottery says the lucky winners of a million and a quarter million dollars are about to become very unlucky.
A $1 million winning ticket sold at TJVS Marathon in Wood Dale for a St. Patrick's Day raffle last year will be worthless if not claimed by March 17. The ticket number is 413224.
A winning $250,000 Mega Millions ticket sold at J&K Liquors in Chicago for the March 20, 2012 drawing will be worthless on March 20, 2013. The winning numbers are 1, 4, 6, 11, 14 and Mega Ball number is 30.
Lottery winners have exactly one year from the date of the drawing to claim their winnings.
Prizes over $600 may be claimed at Lottery prize centers in Chicago, Des Plaines, Springfield, Rockford and Fairview Heights.
