SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTHI) - A seminar was held in Sullivan County for estate and family
business transfer planning.
The program focused on helping individuals, farmers, land
owners and family businesses understand estate planning needs.

"There are long-term care planning opportunities available,"
said Attorney Jeff Hawkins. "They need to be thinking about it
early and share their concerns with their families so that they are
well prepared in case disability comes."
The emphasis in the presentation was on understanding how to minimize the tax impact, while still following the law.
