Drunk driver hits house in Sullivan County

FAIRBANKS, Ind. (WTHI) - A Wabash Valley man is faces felony charges after crashing into a home.
Darrel Boatz, 51, of Terre Haute, crashed into a home in Fairbanks, Ind. in Sullivan County.
The Sullivan County Sheriff's Department arrested Boatz for driving while intoxicated. He now faces felony charges for refusing to take a blood test.
The home on the corner of 63 and Main Street had minimal damage, but police said Boatz's vehicle was totaled.
His court date is set for Jan. 5.
