An accused shooter in a Rosedale, Indiana standoff made his first appearance in court Thursday, July 26, 2012.

PARKE CO., Ind. (WTHI) - - A Parke County, Indiana man is sentenced to 34 years with four years suspended for attempted murder.
Last July, police say Zachary Buza barricaded himself inside a Rosedale home and fired at police.
Officers were originally called to the scene for a domestic dispute.
He was initially facing charges of attempted murder and criminal recklessness.
He was found guilty in February of 2013.
