TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Three would-be burglars were arrested before committing a robbery Friday night, after Terre Haute Police say they tried to rob a convenience store.
Michael Blasdel of Terre Haute, IN, and Cassandra Martin and Lucas Connor of Greensburg, IN, were arrested in connection with an attempted robbery.
Police said workers at a Terre Haute Dollar General Store at 7th St. and Margaret Ave. helped police with the arrest.
Workers saw Blasdel and Connor wearing masks on surveillance video near the store.
That's when they called police.
The two men fled and were eventually caught.
Police found loaded guns on both Blasdel and Connor.
They said Cassandra Martin was parked at a nearby hotel, waiting in a getaway vehicle.
All three are in the Vigo County Jail tonight.
News 10 will have more information on the case as it is made available.
