VINCENNESS, Ind. (WTHI) - Wednesday afternoon, Indiana State Police, Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and Vincennes Police executed an arrest warrant for Jeremy Biddle, 29, of Vincennes, for Possession of Child Pornography, Class D Felony.
Indiana State Police Detective Chris Cecil, ISP Special Investigations – Crimes Against Children Unit and Sergeant Detective Tim Keller, ISP Special Investigations – Cyber Crime Unit, launched a criminal investigation after receiving information that Biddle had child pornographic videos on his computer.
During the investigation, members of the Indiana State Police and Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force determined Biddle was in possession of child pornographic videos, which he had downloaded by using a peer-to-peer file sharing program.
Biddle was arrested at his residence without incident and taken to the Knox County Jail where he is currently being held on a $6,500 cash only bond.
