Undercover operation leads to child porn arrest

SPENCER, Ind. (WISH) - - Police arrested a Spencer man on porn charges Friday afternoon after a nearly 4-month, undercover investigation.

An undercover, peer-to-peer investigation began in October 2012 by a crimes against children unit. In January 2012, officers searched a home in the 200 block of East Wayne Street in Spencer.

During the investigation, officers found that 32-year-old Forrest Walker had dispersed child pornography to an undercover police officer via the internet. Officers also found that Walker possessed hundreds of images and video of child pornography.

Walker was arrested Friday afternoon and charged with child exploitation and possession of child pornography.

Walker is currently being held at the Owen County Security Center.
