Trial set for accused kidnapper

VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - A man accused of kidnapping a Terre Haute boy will go to trial in 2012.
Nicholas Runyon and April Bell face two counts of criminal confinement in Indiana.
The couple is also facing federal kidnapping charges.
They're accused of kidnapping 4-year-old John Johnson-Christian of Terre Haute.
If Runyon and Bell are convicted on the Vigo County charges they face up to 16 years in prison.
Both could get life in prison if convicted on the federal charges.
Tuesday a judge set Runyon's Vigo County trial for January 9th.
