Timothy Kean's trial set for Tuesday

A Dugger man accused of attempted murder is scheduled in court this week.

Sullivan County Authorities say Timothy Kean shot two people outside of a bar in March.

They said Kean also shot a truck passing the bar.

He faces three counts of attempted murder.

Kean's trial is scheduled to begin Tuesday.
