THPD launches internal investigation

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Terre Haute police are conducting an internal investigation.
Few details are available at this time.
Terre Haute Police Chief John Plasse confirmed to News 10 they are investigating an incident involving three off-duty Terre Haute police officers and two men.
It happened over the weekend at Chava's Mexican Grill on Wabash Avenue in Terre Haute.
The police department is expected to hand over their findings to the city's legal department.
News 10 has contacted the city attorney and we expect to get more information as soon as it's available.
