TH man pleads guilty to child molestation

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A Terre Haute man pleaded guilty to one charge of Child Molestation Tuesday.

Oscar Foster was arrested in 2012 on allegations he molested a 13 year old girl. On Tuesday he pleaded guilty to one A Felony charge of Child Molestation. Under a plea agreement, two other charges against Foster would be dropped.

Foster would serve 30 years in prison under the agreement and would be given credit for more than a year already served in jail.
