Terre Haute man faces possible rape charges

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A Terre Haute man faces charges after police said he allegedly raped a woman.

Terre Haute Police arrested Greg Smith Friday afternoon for allegedly raping a woman in early August.

The alleged victim told police that earlier in the month, she had passed out and Smith had taken advantage of her.

The case is currently under investigation.
