TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A Terre Haute businessman arrested earlier in 2012 faces new drug related charges.
52-year-old Darrell Shouse was first arrested in September on charges of Attempting to Receive Stolen Property .
On Monday, Shouse was arrested again.
This time, on charges he sold hydrocodone to a undercover Vigo County Drug Task Force informant—at one point, making the sale near a city park.
According to the charges, Shouse made the sales in late September, after he'd been arrested for the first charges.
He now faces three charges of Dealing in a Controlled Substance and two charges of Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
