Shots fired at American Legion in Rosedale

Three shots were fired at the American Legion Tony Kashon Post 290 in Rosedale.

The shots were fired after midnight on Saturday night.

Indiana State Excise Police say an altercation led to the shooting. They believe a man fired shots toward the ceiling of the legion.

Police say no one was injured in the incident. They are still looking for the suspect. They are not releasing his identity at this time.
