Sentenced for child molesting, released

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Christopher Tarrh, 21, was arrested last year for molesting a 13-year-old girl twice in 2008.
Police said Tarrh admitted to having sexual intercourse with the girl.
On Wednesday he pleaded guilty to two felony counts of child molesting.
Tarrh was sentenced to six years in prison.
He'll receive credit for just over three years time served and will spend the remaining time on formal probation.
Tarrh must now register as a sex offender.
He cannot reside near a school or have contact with children under 16.
