POLICE: Two arrested for posessing pot

VINCENNES, Ind. (WTHI) - On Friday morning, Vincennes Police received a call from a concerned citizen complaining about a subject riding a bicycle and pulling a trailer containing several marijuana plants.
Officer Reese and Sgt. Bible of the VPD arrived in the area of 13th and DeWolfe streets where they met with the complainant.
They were then directed to the rear of a residence at 1706 N. 14th St. where the complainant stated the suspect pulled in the driveway.
The two officers proceeded to the front of the house where they located David Lee Washington and Admiral Tullis Sr. in the garage of the residence.
The marijuana plants were in plain view behind the men.
Both were taken into custody.
A subsequent search revealed more marijuana inside the residence.
