Police stop burglary in progress

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Police catch two robbery suspects in the act.

Vigo County Dispatch received a call Monday morning from a man that returned home to discover an unknown vehicle in his driveway.

Believing his home was being burglarized, he blocked the vehicle in his driveway with his own.

When police arrived on the scene, they were able to catch one of the suspects while fleeing from a broken window.

Another suspect was able to escape and fled to a neighbor’s property.

Police found him hiding inside of a pole barn.

Matt Cook and Darin Wilson were both arrested for burglary and resisting arrest.
