Police: Man threatens to kill father

VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - A man's in jail for allegedly threatening to kill his own father.
David Maners, 41, appeared in court Wednesday on a felony charge.
Officials said Maners threatened to kill his father, chasing him around his home with a metal pipe, damaging the inside of the house.
Then, he allegedly threatened to burn the house down with his father inside.
Maners is facing a felony charge of initimidation with the threat to commit a forceable felony.
His bond is set at $25,000 and he was ordered to have no contact with the victim.
Maners is due back in court Friday.
